After the holidays are over and you wish to discard your tree, Charlie & Son will pick up trees left on the curb. If your tree is over 6 feet tall we ask that you cut it in half before placing it out for pick-up. Please do not place your tree in common area. Thank you for your attention to these matters, it is appreciated.
We have had several reports from homeowners regarding their cars being "shopped". In most cases the vehicles were left unlocked and people were able to rummage through the vehicle at their leisure and take what they want. If you see something, please call the non-emergency police line at 703-792-6500 and let them know. Reports are anonymous but may help stop these from occurring.
The Association office will be closed Tuesday, December 24th, Wednesday, December 25th and Wednesday, January 1st for the holidays.
