2020 Elected Members
Jean Marceau Lohier
My name is Jean Marceau Lohier, CPCM, CFCM, NCMA Fellow. I have lived in the Lake Ridge area with my beloved wife and 3 wonderful children (all born here) for the past 16 years. I enjoy walking with our two gentle German shepherd mixes through the neighborhoods.
I aim to contribute to my community and ensure that Lake Ridge remains safe, innovative and a healthy environment for our members to live in.
I volunteer as the Ministry Head Usher at SEAS Church and have served as an Election Officer with the PWC Board of Election for the past 11 years.
We have lived in Lake Ridge 28 years. The community has been good to us-- great schools, friendly neighbors, sustained home values, and vibrant, diverse citizens.
During my 3 terms on the LRPRA Board, I have served faithfully, and transparently. I pledge to ensure open communication, financial stability, and attention to our aging infrastructure.
I hold an MBA and am a graduate of the DoD Leadership Management Program and AF War College. I was treasurer of a $5M credit union and spent 9 years on LRPRA’s Finance Committee.
As I have for the past 6 years, I will work to continue Lake Ridge being a “Best Buy” for homes in the Washington area.
The board member’s job is to protect property values within Lake Ridge and provide oversight of management — ensuring that we the homeowners get the most from our assessments. We live amongst glorious trees, reasonable annual assessments, responsive association employees, access to good schools and safe streets — which make Lake Ridge a wonderful place to raise a family.
M.S. UW-La Crosse. U.S. Army, retired. Former Senior Staff Member: Fortune 500.
