At the 2023 Annual Meeting, three candidates will be elected to serve on the Board of Directors (“Board”).  Three open seats on the Board are the result of naturally expiring board terms. In order to maintain the staggered terms as stipulated in the Bylaws, the three individuals who receive the largest number of votes will be elected to serve three-year terms.
