Tomorrow, find options for local summer work at our Teen Job Fair
A summer job is an important part of growing up for middle to high school age students. Tomorrow, March 14th from 10:00am - 12:00pm at Tall Oaks, the Association will gather together local businesses in need of seasonal employees and volunteers between the ages of 14-18. Many businesses have applications to submit on the spot, so come prepared with confidence and a smile to make a good impression! First late fee for March assessment applies Monday
Make your payment online for this month’s quarterly assessment, past due as of March 1st. To avoid the first late fee of $25, payment must be RECEIVED by March 15th. Sign up for reminders to ensure you don’t miss your payments. If you have already paid your quarterly assessment, please disregard this reminder.

With spring comes our annual Eggstravaganza on April 4
One of the community’s most beloved events for kids ages 0-10! Festivities run from 11am-1pm and include a visit & photo with the Easter Bunny, a petting zoo, ice cream for sale from local Campbell’s Custard, and of course, the Egg Hunt! Restaurant vendors wanted for Taste of Lake Ridge
The Taste of Lake Ridge is returning on Thursday, May 7th from 4:30-7:30pm! This is a fabulously upbeat outdoor event where local restaurants showcase their menus by providing samples to the community, DJ included! If you would like to participate or you know of a restaurant that you think would be interested, email Recreation or call 703-491-2154 for more information by April 1st.

PWC Health Precautions: LRPRA management is monitoring local, state, and national health agencies and will consider any guidance provided as it emerges. Thankfully, our local area has only experienced minimal impact at this time, therefore we are continuing to follow our regularly scheduled activities, business policies and procedures. In an abundance of caution, management and our employees are increasing overall hygiene, working with our staff to be better informed, increasing hand washing and monitoring employees for symptoms of the coronavirus. Should any additional actions be recommended, they will be evaluated, implemented and communicated if/when appropriate and necessary. In the meantime, we recommend that all individuals or residents use proper hygiene including regular washing of hands, generous use of hand sanitizers, following your physician’s recommendations and staying home if you are experiencing any symptoms.

Summer Camp registration in full swing
Sign up by May 1st to get the early bird discount! Get the kids’ summer entertainment all taken care of with Lake Ridge Summer Camp, spanning the week of June 15th to the week of August 3rd. We offer themed weeks with local field trips that kids love to come back for year after year.
