LRPRA staff will observe Memorial Day on Monday, May 25

Yard maintenance reminder from the Covenants Director
Residents are asked to please keep their yards clean and free from trash, debris and overgrown weeds. Excessively tall grass will be reported to Prince William County for enforcement action. Thank you for doing what you can to keep Lake Ridge looking great during this difficult time.
June 1 quarterly assessment reminder
Sign up for Assessment Payment Reminder notifications through text or email so you never miss a payment. Send timely payment in the mail, pay online, drop labeled payment in drop box outside the Office door. Please always include your account number, property address, and phone number on your payment. If you have already paid your quarterly assessment, you may disregard this reminder.

Board of Directors elect former Board Member for one year vacancy
Congratulations to Ron Yoho! Ron has resided in Lake Ridge with his wife, Vicki, and their children since July, 1987. Two sons and a daughter are graduates of Woodbridge Senior High School. Mr. Yoho’s community involvement has included various church leadership positions, coaching Eastern Prince William Basketball Association teams and officiating basketball in the Northern VA area. He previously served 9 years as a Director of the Lake Ridge Parks and Recreation Association, including as President. Without volunteers such as Mr. Yoho our community could not exist, and we thank him for his service.

The 2020 Census takes just a few moments to complete. You can still complete the census today. The U.S. Census Bureau keeps your answers safe and confidential. Census results help determine how billions of dollars in federal funding flow into states and communities each year. The results determine how many seats in Congress each state gets.
