Community Centers open for weekend rentals
Weekend reservations are being accepted following VA Phase III guidelines at 75% capacity for up to 56 people. Waiver of liability will be required to be filled out by all guests/participants. Members can make a Canterbury request or a Tall Oaks request for a rental date and a Friday appointment to fill out a contract. Updated Preschool policies for 2020-2021
With the school year approaching in only a month, those registered and interested in registering can review Preschool COVID-19 Policies as they prepare for the first day on August 25. This includes details on smaller class sizes, social distancing and sanitization throughout the school day. We look forward to providing the level of education that precedes the reputation of Lake Ridge Creative Preschool-- a thoughtful, safe and fun school year!
Annual assessment notification from the Board

Watch for your new payment coupons in the mail
Assessment payment coupons for the period of September 1, 2020 through August 31, 2021 have been mailed. These coupons are the only billing you will receive for assessments. If you do not receive your coupon payment book by August 15, complete the Coupon Request Form.
Service Authority asks customers to follow lawn irrigation schedule
To help ease the strain on the water distribution system during this extremely hot summer, the PWC Service Authority encourages customers to follow the lawn and landscaping irrigation schedule below. The Service Authority also urges customers to water lawns at a different time of day than their neighbors to help support sufficient water pressure in their neighborhoods and to use moderation when watering during the peak demand hours of 5:00 a.m. and 7:00 a.m. The schedule is as follows:
Addresses Ending In: Irrigate On:
- Odd Number* Sundays, Tuesdays, Fridays
- Even Number* Mondays, Thursdays, Saturdays
- All Business Tuesdays, Thursdays, Saturdays
*Customers may irrigate on Wednesdays as an alternate day.
