Special Board of Directors Meeting on August 11
Tuesday, August 11 | 7:00pm | Agenda // The LRPRA Board will meet at Tall Oaks Community Center to vote on the operation of Lake Ridge Creative Preschool SY20-21 session. For virtual login information to listen in on the meeting, email Doug Milburn, Director of Administration, at dmilburn@lakeridgeva.com by 4:00pm (EST), August 11.
Please be advised that the meeting will begin at 7:00pm, but after opening the meeting, the board will convene into an executive session to consult with legal counsel as permitted by subsection B of Section 55.1-1815 of the Virginia Property Owners’ Act. At that time community members will be logged out until 8:00pm when the Board will reconvene. The ZOOM waiting room will hold those logged on until the executive session is completed. When the Board meeting resumes in public forum, the ZOOM host will reconnect those waiting.
Annual assessment notification from the Board
Read over the FY2021 Annual Assessment Notification regarding the coming year’s assessments from your LRPRA Board President, Janet Foote.
Watch for your new payment coupons in the mail
Assessment payment coupons for the period of September 1, 2020 through August 31, 2021 have been mailed. These coupons are the only billing you will receive for assessments. Everyone receives the coupons as a invoice for the fiscal year regardless of account balance. If you do not receive your coupon payment book by August 15, complete the Coupon Request Form. Friendly reminder the next assessment payment is due September 1.

PWC Community Foundation food giveaway TOMORROW
A Community Food Giveaway will be held this Saturday, August 8, 10:00am-1:00pm in Woodbridge. This event is sponsored by Prince William County Community Foundation, Todos Supermarket and Supervisor Margaret Franklin (Woodbridge District).
Community Centers open for weekend rentals
Weekend reservations are being accepted following VA Phase III guidelines at 75% capacity for up to 56 people. Waiver of liability will be required to be filled out by all guests/participants. Members can make a Canterbury request or a Tall Oaks request for a rental date and a Friday appointment to fill out a contract.
