Send timely payment in the mail with your coupon; pay online; drop labeled payment in drop box outside the Association Office door; set up bill pay or direct debit-- there are lots of options to pay! If your payment coupon book has not arrived, please submit a Coupon Request Form. Please keep in mind delays in mail delivery and shorter post office hours have been reported across the country. Don’t delay and mail your payment today! Please keep in mind the office is currently closed to the public when dropping payment at the office. Please use the drop box located to the right of the front door.

It’s almost time for one of our favorite events of the summer! Come on out the morning of the event to sign up for a one-hour session of fun. Register day of event-- Pay $10 per dog (cash not accepted) and provide dog license number. Masks will be required and capacity will be limited.

Charlie & Son trash delays
Charlie & Son Trash Service has been experiencing COVID-19 related issues within their workforce, causing them to have two less trucks picking up within the community. Please understand that during this difficult time, they are doing their best to work through the challenge of less personnel while trying to accommodate the community as best as possible. Their top priorities are the safety of their personnel and providing the best service to the community that they can. If your trash or recycling pick up was missed, Charlie and Son are aware and are doing everything they can to get to it in a timely fashion. No scheduled pickup days have been changed within the community. Thank you for your understanding and patience.
Occoquan River & adjoining neighborhoods clean-up
The Prince William Trails and Streams Coalition (“PWTSC”) has conducted a clean-up of the Occoquan River and adjoining neighborhoods for the last 10 years. Prince William County Health Office on 5 August reflected that if participants wear masks and maintained the six feet distance standard, we can conduct an on-water and adjoining neighborhoods clean-up.
- The clean-up is scheduled for Saturday, September 12, 2020 from 9:00am - 2:00pm (rain date September 19, 2020).
- One of the designated cleanup sites is the LRPRA Boat Ramp on Hooes Run. Participants with kayaks, canoes or jon boats will launch at the boat ramp and gather trash from the water and shoreline. Attached is a map showing the general water and land clean-up areas for planning purposes. A Flyer is also attached.
