Board of Directors call for candidates
Applications for the LRPRA Board of Directors election for 2021 will be available in early October. In order to be eligible, all applicants must complete the application and be in good standing with LRPRA. This includes no delinquencies or covenants violations. The Board of Directors is composed of nine volunteers who are elected to serve a three-year term. If you have a desire to serve your Lake Ridge community, please contact our Director of Administration, Doug Milburn.
Avoid a 2nd late fee on your Assessment
The September assessment payment was due on September 1st. If you have already paid, please disregard this notice. Your payment must be received by September 30th to avoid the second late fee. Need to know your amount due? See the Assessment Rates roster.

Fantasy Playground annual maintenance
Fantasy Playground is scheduled for fall restoration and will be closed September 21st - October 2nd. Please visit one of our many Tot Lots located throughout the community during this time.

Saturday, October 10th - Lake Ridge Marina & the Town of Occoquan | Saturday, October 17th - Occoquan Regional Park & Fountainhead Regional Park
Pre-registration is mandatory by October 2nd, and time slots will be on a first come first serve basis. There are 30 minute time slots that are limited to 10 registrants at a time. Each location has its own rules and regulations in regards to Covid-19. Two weeks before the clean up you will receive an email with specific instructions/waivers for that location.
