December Assessment Payment: The next assessment payment is due December 1st. If you have already paid, please disregard this notice. Mail your payment to the address on your coupon so it arrives in time for the December 1st payment due date.
What to Do with Your Leaves
The Association removes bagged leaves on Association-owned turfed common areas from October to mid-March (weather and conditions permitting). We ask that Homeowners bag leaves from their yards and dispose of them on yard waste pick-up day.
Please remember that there is an 8 bag limit on leaves on yard waste pick-up day, which is your last scheduled trash pick-up day of the week. Putting the leaves out later in the week helps with pick-up of trash from the weekend when they pick up earlier in the week. Thank you for your cooperation in this matter.
