Thanksgiving Holiday Reminders from LRPRA
Holiday Office Closure: LRPRA staff will observe Thanksgiving on November 26th-27th. Business hours will resume 8:00am November 30th.
Holiday Trash & Recycling: There will be NO trash or recycling service on Thursday, November 26th. Service will resume your next regularly scheduled day.
December Assessment Payment: The next assessment payment is DUE December 1st. We ask that you mail your payment to the address on your coupon so it arrives in time for the December 1st payment due date. If you have already paid, please disregard this notice.

Get into the holiday spirit with a socially distanced visit with Santa! Masks required until directed otherwise at time of family/pet photo. Ornament goodie bags and doggie treat bags included! Pre-registration required with limited time slots available to be assigned to registrants.

A Successful Virtual Cooking Class
A big thanks to Lake Ridge resident Tina Herndon for passing on the family secrets of her Southern Dressing, and congratulations to our raffle winners, Peggy and Rebecca, who each get a free specially selected wine pairing with Thanksgiving dishes! These were graciously donated by local veteran-owned business in Occoquan, The Spot. PWC Police Department's New Way to Report Parking Complaints
To report your concerns or complaints about illegally parked vehicles, abandoned vehicles, commercial vehicles that are illegally parked in residential areas, as well as boats, RVs, trailers and other large items that may be parked in violation of County laws, call the Parking Enforcement Main Line at 703-792-8536, or send an email to parkingenforcement@pwcgov.org.

Drop-off Location Changed for Toys for Tots
This year with the Office closed to the public, we are asking residents to drop off your Toys for Tots donations by December 12th to Lake Ridge O.W.L. Volunteer Fire Department (12400 Hedges Run Drive). Toys must be new, unwrapped and in a white or clear bag. Please mark the number of items enclosed on the outside of the bag. Due to COVID restrictions ring the bell and leave donations outside the door, and staff will come and collect.
Donate Online: Toys can also be donated online by visiting the website and shopping for toys or making a monetary donation.
Deadline Extended to Pay Real Estate Taxes for 2020
During a meeting on Nov. 17, 2020, the Prince William Board of County Supervisors passed a resolution extending the payment deadline for real estate taxes for the second-half of 2020 for 60 days, changing the deadline from Dec. 5, 2020, to Feb. 3, 2021. Visit the County tax website for additional details. Please note that the payment portal may still reflect the Dec. 5, 2020, payment deadline for several days or weeks. The County is working actively to update it.
