LRPRA Office & Trash Service Observe Holidays
Office - Lake Ridge Administration and Facilities staff will observe the Christmas holiday on Thursday, December 24th and Friday, December 25th. Normal business hours will resume Monday, December 28th at 8:00am.
Trash Service - Charlie & Son will observe the Christmas Day holiday and will not offer trash/recycling pickup on Friday, December 25th-- but they will be adding a special pickup on Saturday, December 26th only for households that normally receive Friday pickups within Lake Ridge.
Charlie & Son will also observe the New Year's Day holiday and will not offer trash/recycling pickup Friday, January 1st.
Please plan accordingly for this holiday interruption in service. Please follow all normal trash pickup rules and regulations, as no bulk items will be picked up per usual without prior scheduling.
Late December Assessment Payment Reminder
Your December assessment payment was due December 1st. There is a $25 late fee charged for payments received after December 15th. Please add $25 to your payment. Your December assessment payment must be received by the Association by 5:00pm on December 30th to avoid the second $25 late fee.
Please include your account number, property address and a current phone number on all payments. Electronic payments are preferred.

Meet the 2021 Board Candidates
January 5 | 7:30pm | Virtual | Agenda - Join us virtually to "Meet the Candidates" that will be running in the 2021 Board of Directors election. This night provides homeowners the opportunity to talk to board candidates, ask questions, and hear their positions on matters that pertain to the Lake Ridge community. How to Dispose of your Christmas Tree
After the holidays are over and you wish to discard your tree, Charlie & Son trash service will pick up trees left on the curb. If your tree is over 6 feet tall we ask that you cut it in half before placing it out for pick-up. Please do not place your tree in common area. Thank you for your attention to these matters, it is appreciated!
Recycle your Christmas Tree and Wreath
After all the holiday festivities are finished, give your Christmas tree, wreath, and other cut greenery another life as compost or mulch. Simply remove all ornaments, decorations, tinsel, nails, and the tree stand and take the greenery to one of these locations to be recycled or repurposed.
