Office Staff & Trash Service Observe Holiday
Office Staff: Lake Ridge Administration and Facilities staff will observe the New Year Day holiday on Friday, January 1st. Normal business hours will resume Monday, January 4th at 8:00am.
Trash Service: Charlie & Son will also observe the New Year's Day holiday and will not offer trash/recycling pickup Friday, January 1st. After the holidays are over and you wish to discard your tree, Charlie & Son trash service will pick up trees left on the curb. If your tree is over 6 feet tall we ask that you cut it in half before placing it out for pick-up. Please do not place your tree in common area. Thank you for your attention to these matters, it is appreciated!
Meet the 2021 Board Candidates
Meet the Candidates Night: January 5 | 7:30pm | Virtual | Agenda - Join us virtually to "Meet the Candidates" that will be running in the 2021 Board of Directors election. This night provides homeowners the opportunity to talk to board candidates, ask questions, and hear their positions on matters that pertain to the Lake Ridge community. Video of the evening will be available if you are unable to virtually attend the meeting Tuesday. Email Doug Milburn, Director of Administration, for virtual login information.
Election Voting: Cast your vote starting January 5th - February 9th. Homeowners have the opportunity to vote either by paper proxy/ballot (coming in the mail with instructions) or online. Lake Ridge must receive a quorum of 10% in order for the election to be viable. Your vote counts!

On December 23rd, VDH added Covid-19 vaccine data to the COVID-19 Daily Dashboard on two new tabs, Vaccine Summary and Vaccine Demographics. The new information will be updated daily.
