Don't Delay: VOTE for your 2021 Board of Directors Election
Meet the Candidates: Take a look at this year's candidates running for the Board of Directors in our "Meet the Candidates Night" video, and cast your vote for the one you feel best represents what you want for this community! Candidates can also be written in.
Voting Online: To vote online, have ready your unique Voter Registration Code printed on your ballot that was mailed to you. If you have an email registered with the LRPRA Finance Department, you received an email from Elections@vote-now.com with the title of "LRPRA Ballot". (NOTE: If you have a registered email and have not received the LRPRA Ballot please check your spam folder.) Online voting closes February 9th at 12:00pm.
Voting by Mail: As always, you may vote also with your paper ballot and return in the mail to "Vote-now.com LLC" with the envelope provided. All paper ballots must be received by February 3rd.
Lake Ridge must receive a quorum of 10% in order for the election to be viable-- your vote counts! Voting has opened via the link below:

Holiday Outdoor Decoration Removal After 30 Days
Friendly reminder to Members that exterior holiday lights and decorations may be displayed no more than 30 days after the holiday. Staff regularly monitors compliance. As always, any issues with a specific property may be shared with staff via the Covenants Concern Form.
Also, if you dispose of your Christmas tree for Charlie & Son to pick up please, cut your tree in half and kindly do not dispose of the tree in common area.

Premier Lifeguard Virtual Hiring Event

Premier Aquatics, the pool company managing our pools this summer, will be holding a virtual hiring event for lifeguards on January 12th at 4:00pm. Find details to join via Zoom in the above linked flyer.
Registration for Preschool & Spring Sports Opens Feb. 1
Creative Preschool: Association Members can begin registering for 2021-2022 Creative Preschool classes starting February 1st. COVID-19 policies put in place will include temperature checks, smaller group sizes and social distancing, regular sanitization, liability waivers and face coverings. Spring Sports: Register for spring Soccer and T-Ball starting February 1st! Smaller team sizes, liability waivers and face covering requirements will be put in place for the season to comply with COVID-19 guidelines.
