Don't Forget Your March Assessment
The next quarterly assessment payment is due March 1st. We urge you to plan ahead to ensure your assessment payment is received on time due to the well-publicized delays with mail deliveries. We offer the following suggestions for paying your assessment:
- Pay your assessment early. Your payment will be processed and credited to your account. Advance payments are always welcome. Checks dated for a future date (post-dated) are not accepted and will be returned.
- Pay electronically through PayLease or your bank. PayLease can be accessed on the home page of our website through the Pay Online button. E-checks/electronic debit payments are free. Debit or credit card payments include a surcharge by PayLease. You can also make a debit/credit card payment by calling our office at (703) 491-2154. A receptionist will take your payment information and process the payment with the included surcharge by PayLease.
- Drop off your check or money order (no cash) in our drop box which is located to the right of our office doors. This drop box is emptied daily.

Register for Pool Access with CellBadge
Lake Ridge introduces a new system to manage pool access-- CellBadge. This digital system will replace the use of plastic membership cards. Residents can register their households for easy pool check-in and will no longer need to wait for validation stickers every year or visit the Office. Upon arrival at an LRPRA pool, residents will simply inform the guards of their name and address to be verified in CellBadge and granted access.
See Pool Access: CellBadge for 3-step instructions to register-- Initial Add Request, Add Household, and Submit Photos. Please follow all steps to complete registration.

Please note that any email address provided to LRPRA will be used by the Association for Association communication only.
