Bunny Meet & Greet with Petting Zoo

Saturday, March 27 | LRPRA Office Grounds | 11:00am-1:00pm

Only 2 weeks until one of our most loved annual events-- this year as a Bunny Meet & Greet! Pre-registration will be required for an 10-minute time slot at the petting zoo followed by photos with the Bunny, plus a goody bag. Limited slots available, so sign up now!

To register, send form to recreation@lakeridgeva.com and leave a message to make card payment to (703) 491-2154, or drop off form and check/money order in the Office drop box (12350 Oakwood Drive). A time slot will be assigned at time of registration.

Avoid $25 Late Fee for March Assessment

The March assessment payment was due March 1st. Need to know how much your quarterly assessment is? Visit our website here for your amount due according to street. Please include your account number, property address and a current phone number on all payments. Electronic payments are preferred. Your payment must be received by the Association by 5:00pm on Monday, March 15th to avoid a late fee. If you have already paid, please disregard this notice and thank you for your payment.

CellBadge to Replace Pool Passes

CellBadge is Lake Ridge's new digital pool access system! Once registered, members can enjoy seamless check-in at the pools just by giving their name and address. This system will replace the use of membership cards, which will no longer be valid to access pools. Registration with CellBadge will be required. No more lost cards, yearly validation stickers or waiting in long lines at the Office!

See Pool Access: CellBadge for 3-step instructions to register-- Initial Add Request, Add Household, and Submit Photos. Be sure to submit photos for the entire household (Step 3) to complete the process; a weekly reminder email will be sent until photos for each member are submitted.
