Lifeguards Needed for Pool Opening

In order to open all 5 pools this summer as intended, approximately 30-40 additional guards are needed. Don't miss out on the great pay and work experience! Premier is hiring with the following incentives:

Up-to-Date Tenant Registration Reminder

Residents who are Tenants (Renters) should check in with their Homeowners on whether an up-to-date lease going through the summer (September 2021) is on file for Tenant Registration with the Association. If the lease has expired, Tenants will be temporarily denied access to Amenities, specifically the pools. If you have a question on the status of your registration, contact Administration via adminteam@lakeridgeva.com.

June 1 Assessment Payment: Less than 4 Weeks Away

The next Quarterly assessment payment is due June 1st. Please plan ahead to ensure your assessment payment is received on time due to the well-publicized delays with mail deliveries. Suggestions for paying your assessment are listed below:

• Pay your assessment early. Your payment will be processed and credited to your account. Advance payments are always welcome. Checks dated for a future date (post-dated) are not accepted and will be returned.
• Pay electronically through PayLease or your bank. PayLease can be accessed at our web site: LakeRidgeVA.com and select the Pay Online button. E-checks/electronic debit payments do not have a surcharge added, credit/debit card payments do. You can make a debit/credit card payment by telephone by calling our office at 703-491-2154. A receptionist will take your payment information and process the payment with the included surcharge by PayLease.
• Drop off your check or money order (no cash) in our drop box which is located to the right of our office doors. This drop box is emptied daily.

Summer Camp Weeks Filling

Weeks 3 and 6 may be full, but there is still room in our other weeks packed with fun! Kids are grouped in Ages 6-9 and 10-12 and enjoy themed weeks with daily swim time and special events from 8:30am-5:00pm, Monday-Friday. Read more about all that we offer on the Summer Camp page of our website.

To register, drop off Registration Form and  Financial Contract with check/money order to our drop box by the front door of the Office (12350 Oakwood Dr.), mail in forms with payment, or email form to recreation@lakeridgeva.com and expect a call to make card payment over the phone.

County News: COVID-19 Vaccination Updates

Pre-Registration No Longer Required: Visit VDH and you can schedule your vaccination appointment with the Prince William Health District (PWHD). Another option if you prefer, is the Gander Mountain Vaccination Center in Woodbridge started accepting walk-ins, April 29th. The number of walk-ins will be limited each day dependent of appointment availability. For any questions, you can call the Virginia call center at 877-VAX-in-VA (877-829-4682) or visit VDH/PWCHD for more information.
