June Assessment Payment


The next quarterly assessment payment is due June 1.  We urge you to plan ahead to ensure your assessment payment is received on time due to the well-publicized delays with mail deliveries.  We offer the following suggestions for paying your assessment:

  1. Pay your assessment early.  Your payment will be processed and credited to your account.  Advance payments are always welcome.  Checks dated for a future date (post-dated) are not accepted and will be returned.

  2. Pay electronically through PayLease or your bank.  PayLease can be accessed at our web site:  E-checks/electronic debit payments are free. Debit or credit card payments include a surcharge by PayLease.

    You can also make a debit/credit card payment by telephone by calling our office at 703-491-2154. A receptionist will take your payment information and process the payment.

3. Drop off your check or money order (no cash) in our drop box which is located to the right of our office door.

    The drop box is emptied daily.

    You registered to receive this Assessment Payment Reminder notification through text or email so you never miss a payment. 

    If you have already paid your quarterly assessment, thank you and please disregard this reminder.
