Assessment Payment Reminder for September 1

Assessment Payment coupons for the period of September 1, 2020 through August 31, 2021 should have arrived in the mail over the last few weeks. These coupons are the only billing you will receive for assessments. Everyone receives these coupons as an invoice for the fiscal year, regardless of account balance or Direct Debit enrollment. If you do not receive your coupon payment book by Monday, August 9, complete the Coupon Request Form. If you have paid your assessment, please disregard this reminder!

Spots Still Available in 3 Day Pre-K

3 Day Pre-K class for 4 year olds still has openings, classes begin August 23rd! If you are interested in a transitional, fun learning experience for your child to enter Kindergarten with confidence, Lake Ridge Creative Preschool is for you! Upcoming Events: Doggie Paddle & Yard Sale

Doggie Paddle: Canterbury Woods Pool goes to the dogs on Saturday, September 11th! Pups of all shapes and sizes (no aggressive dogs please) can enjoy getting their paws wet for a 1 hour session from 9-10am, 10:30-11:30am, or 12-1pm. Register the day of the event with your dog license number and pay with check or card (no cash).

Yard Sale: Take this opportunity to clean up your garage, storage room, or attic-- plus make a little money-- at our annual September Yard Sale! This will take place in the Association Office parking lot on Saturday, September 18th from 8am-12pm. Vendors can register for up to 2 spots in the parking lot and begin set up at 7am.

Registration for these events opens Monday, August 2nd. Submit a form from the Events & Activities page of our website to recreation@lakeridgeva.com and call 703-491-2154 to make payment with card, or register at the Office during business hours.
