Oakwood Pool will be closing for the season starting this Saturday, August 14 due to shortage of lifeguard managers as they return to college. We anticipate additional pool closings and limited hours as the lifeguards return to school. Canterbury Woods Pool goes to the dogs on Saturday, September 11! Pups of all shapes and sizes (no aggressive dogs please) can enjoy getting their paws wet for a 1 hour session from 9am-10, 10-11, or 11-12pm. Register the day of the event with your dog license number and pay with check or card (no cash).

Parking Enforcement: PWC Police Department has a new way to report parking concerns throughout PWC. To report your concern or complaint about illegally parked vehicles in residential areas and other large items that may be parked in violation of county laws, call the Parking Enforcement main line at 703-792-8536. The parking enforcement line is not a monitored line; residents are asked to leave a brief description of the concern, including vehicle description and specific location where the vehicle is parked. Neighborhood Services offers detailed and helpful information.
