

Oakwood Pool Closed Starting Saturday
Oakwood Pool will be closing for the season starting this Saturday, August 14 due to shortage of lifeguard managers as they return to college. We anticipate additional pool closings and limited hours as the lifeguards return to school. Stay tuned for announcements in these Weekly News Flash emails and on the Pools page of the website under Hours.

Send timely payment in the mail with your coupon, pay online, or set up bill pay or direct debit (preferred). If your payment coupon book has not arrived, please submit a Coupon Request Form. Please keep in mind delays in mail delivery have been reported across the country. Don’t delay and mail your payment today! If you have paid your assessment, please disregard this reminder.

Claim a Spot to Sell at Community Yard Sale
Take this opportunity to clean up your garage, storage room, or attic-- plus make a little money-- at our annual Community Yard Sale! This will take place in the Association Office parking lot on Saturday, September 18 from 8am-12pm. Vendors can register for up to 2 spots in the Association Office parking lot and begin set up at 7am.

Doggie Paddle at Canterbury Woods Pool
Canterbury Woods Pool goes to the dogs on Saturday, September 11! Pups of all shapes and sizes (no aggressive dogs please) can enjoy getting their paws wet for a 1 hour session from 9-10am, 10:30-11:30am, or 12-1pm. Register the day of the event with your dog license number and pay with check or card (no cash).

Parking Enforcement: PWC Police Department has a new way to report parking concerns throughout PWC. To report your concern or complaint about illegally parked vehicles in residential areas and other large items that may be parked in violation of county laws, call the Parking Enforcement main line at 703-792-8536. The parking enforcement line is not a monitored line; residents are asked to leave a brief description of the concern, including vehicle description and specific location where the vehicle is parked. Neighborhood Services offers detailed and helpful information.
