On December 15, 2020, Prince William Board of County Supervisors unanimously approved changes to Chapter 22 (Refuse) of the County Code. The key change is the mandatory separation and curbside collection of yard waste starting October 1, 2021. Homeowners are responsible for the purchase of the paper bags/personal containers labeled "yard waste". Labels are available at PWC Landfill and Balls Ford Road Compost Facility.
Disposal Services has confirmed with LRPRA Management that Wednesday will be the designated Yard Waste Pick-up Day for ALL residents, starting October 4, 2021. No trash or recycling will be picked up these days.
Homeowners can pay their assessments by setting up bill pay or direct debit (preferred), making a payment online, or mailing timely payment with coupon so it is received by the due date (September 1). If you have paid your assessment, please disregard this reminder.
