Applications for the Board of Directors 2022 Election are available online starting today! The Board of Directors is composed of nine volunteers who are elected to serve a three-year term. In order to be eligible, Candidates must apply and be in good standing with LRPRA, with no delinquencies or covenants violations. Office Closing Early at Noon Today
The Administration Office will close early at 12:00pm today, October 1 for the LRPRA Staff's annual Fall Picnic. The Office will re-open Monday, October 4 at 8:00am.
Job Openings: Recreation Programs Coordinator + Grounds Specialist
Recreation Programs Coordinator: The Recreation Programs Coordinator at Lake Ridge Association is a full-time position with access to health care, 401K and other great benefits. They will be responsible for managing the athletics and aquatics programs along with other recreational duties. Candidates can apply online.
Grounds Specialist: The Grounds Specialist at Lake Ridge Association is a full-time position with access to health care, 401K and other great benefits. Wage starts at $14.50/hour. PWAS Fall Art Show: Come out to the annual Fall Art Show hosted by Prince William Art Society at Tall Oaks center on 12298 Cotton Mill Drive! The event will take place October 2 from 10:00am-5:00pm. Toastmasters Open House: You are invited to the Lake Ridge Toastmasters Club Open House at 7:30pm on Wednesday, November 10! For more than 29 years, this club has been helping community members enhance their speaking and leadership skills, enabling them to strengthen their self-confidence and assisting them in becoming more productive leaders within the community and in their workplaces. The open house provides an opportunity to learn more about this educational program. Yard Waste Collection March-December
Beginning today, October 1, residents, businesses and landscapers are required to separate yard waste from regular household waste. October 6th, Disposal Services will begin Wednesday pick-up of yard waste ONLY for all Lake Ridge residents. It must be placed in compostable paper bags or loose in a personal container labeled "Yard Waste". Labels are available at the PWC Landfill. Self made labels are also acceptable.
On December 15, 2020, PWC Supervisors approved changes to Chapter 22 (Refuse) of the County Code. Please visit PWC Yard Waste webpage for up to date information and FAQ's.
Online Assessment Payments through Union Bank
Effective Friday, October 8 at 8:00 PM, Union Bank, N.A. will no longer provide banking services to LRPRA. Pacific Western Bank is acquiring the HOA Services Division of Union Bank, N.A. All information can be found here.
