Online Assessment Payments through Union Bank
Effective tonight (October 8) at 8:00pm, Union Bank, N.A. will no longer provide banking services to LRPRA. Pacific Western Bank is acquiring the HOA Services Division of Union Bank, N.A. Online assessment payments made at the LRPRA website through Union Bank will not be available from Friday, October 8 at 8:00pm until Tuesday, October 12 at 8:00am EDT. Calling Candidates for 2022 Board Election
Lake Ridge Association is looking for Candidates for the 2022 Board Election. The Board of Directors is composed of nine volunteers who are elected to serve a three-year term. If you have a desire to serve your Lake Ridge community, we encourage you to fill out the Candidate application. Deadline for application is Thursday, November 4 at 5:00pm. Yard Waste & Trash Collection Reminders
Wednesday Yard Waste Pickup In Effect: As of October 1, residents, businesses and landscapers are required to separate yard waste from regular household waste. As of October 6, Disposal Services began Wednesday pickup of yard waste ONLY for all Lake Ridge residents. Wednesday yard waste pick-up day will remain until further notice. This must be placed in compostable paper bags or loose in a personal container labeled "Yard Waste". For Trash Service information visit the webpage. On December 15, 2020, PWC Supervisors approved changes to Chapter 22 (Refuse) of the County Code. Please visit PWC Yard Waste webpage for up to date information and FAQ's.
Place Trash Out by 5:00am: Friendly reminder that Disposal Services requests that trash cans, recycling bins and yard waste be placed on the curb for pickup by 5:00am or after dark the night before your scheduled pickup day. Thank you for your attention to this matter.
County News: Vaccine Booster Info, Trail Safety
PWHD Vaccine Update: VDH is providing booster doses of COVID-19 vaccines at the Community Vaccination Center formerly known as Gander Mountain. See the COVID-19 information guide.
Trail Safety Concerns: This past weekend a Lake Ridge homeowner witnessed 2 teenagers riding a Go Kart on the trail close to Hooes Run boat ramp. LRPRA Management would like to remind homeowners that no motorized vehicles are allowed on the trails. Please do your part to ensure everyone is safe when using the trials.
