Meetings & Holiday Office Closures
Meeting will begin at 7:00pm and move to Executive Session which is closed to the public. Meeting will reopen to the public at 8:00pm. For virtual login information to listen in on the meeting, email Doug Milburn, Director of Administration, by 4:00pm (EST) the day of the meeting.

To raise money for their club, the Lake Ridge Garden Club will be taking orders for beautiful poinsettia plants to decorate for the holiday season! Covenants News
The Covenants Department is interested in resident opinion regarding a potential change in roof shingles from Cedar Shake to Architectural grade shingles in a single/uniform color or selected colors. This would pertain to homes on the following streets: Bridgeton Court, Brookway Court, Clarkford Court, Cave Court, Farrabow Lane, Leewood Court, Woods Cove Lane (3100-3128), and Mohican Road (11577-11589, odd numbers; 11602-11618, even numbers; 11786-11800). A survey link was sent to Homeowners with a valid e-mail address on file with the Association. Yard Waste & Trash Collection Reminders
Wednesday Yard Waste Pickup In Effect: As of October 1, residents, businesses and landscapers are required to separate yard waste from regular household waste. As of October 6, Disposal Services began Wednesday pickup of yard waste ONLY for all Lake Ridge residents. Wednesday yard waste pick-up day will remain through December. This must be placed in compostable paper bags or loose in a personal container labeled "Yard Waste". For Trash Service information visit the website.
County News: Data Center Overlay District
Prince William County is currently reviewing its policies regarding the development of data centers on available land, and is soliciting public input from residents for the next week via the provided link.
