LRPRA Observe Holidays

Office - Lake Ridge Administration and Facilities staff will observe the Christmas holiday on Thursday, December 23rd and Friday, December 24th. Normal business hours will resume Monday, December 27th at 8:00am. Staff will observe the New Year Holiday on Friday, December 31, 2021. Business hours will resume Monday, January 3, 2022.

Late December Assessment Payment Reminder

Your December assessment payment was due December 1st. There is a $25 late fee charged for payments received after December 15th. Please add $25 to your payment. Your December assessment payment must be received by the Association by 5:00pm on December 30th to avoid the second $25 late fee. 

Please include your account number, property address and a current phone number on all payments. Electronic payments are preferred.

Next Thursday is Donation Deadline for Hilda Barg Homeless Shelter Donations

Deadline: December 30 | Drop-off Location: LRPRA Office Lobby (8am-5pm, M-Th.)

It is such a joy to see you, the Lake Ridge community, overflow our lobby each year with warm donations for those in need!  Hats, scarves and gloves will be accepted for the Homeless Shelter until December 30. Donations can be dropped off in the LRPRA Office lobby between 8:00am-5:00pm Monday-Thursday next week. Thank you in advance for your generosity!

How to Discard Your Christmas Tree

After the holidays are over and you wish to discard your tree, Disposal Services, LLC, will pick up trees left on the curb simultaneously with yard waste pick-ups on the first two Wednesdays of the year, January 5 + January 12.
