Office and Facilities staff will observe the Presidents Day holiday on Monday, February 21. Office hours resume Tuesday, February 22 at 8:00am.
Yard Waste Wednesday Resumes
The yard waste program will resume Wednesday, March 2 and continue through December. To ensure collection by Disposal Services, residents must place yard waste in biodegradable paper bags or containers labeled “Yard Waste”. The public can no longer use plastic bags for yard waste collection. The Trash & Recycling Schedule is unchanged. For further details PWC have provided the following document.

2 Weeks Left for Spring Sports Sign-Up: Only 2 weeks left until registration closes for spring Soccer (4-10), T-Ball (4-6) and Coach Pitch (7-8)! Lake Ridge leagues are instructional and fun-focused-- a great low pressure activity to give kids some structure and regular exercise. Exclusive Pre-K Enrollment Ends Soon: Exclusive enrollment for Members of the Association and current students will end February 28, so don't delay-- REGISTER NOW by filling out and emailing a Registration Form + Financial Contract to Recreation and by paying the Enrollment Fee + First Tuition installment over the phone to (703) 491-2154. Teen Job Fair Businesses Hiring: Saturday, March 12 | Tall Oaks Community Center | 10:00am-12:00pm | Every year, LRPRA hosts a Teen Job Fair at Tall Oaks for young people in the community. Come anytime between 10:00am-12:00pm, open house style, to introduce yourself to representatives of hiring businesses and fill out applications or receive additional info. Ages 15-18 welcome.
