

Yard Waste Wednesday Resumes
The yard waste program has resumed and will and continue through December. To ensure collection by Disposal Services, residents must place yard waste in biodegradable paper bags or containers labeled “Yard Waste”. The public can no longer use plastic bags for yard waste collection. The Trash & Recycling Schedule is unchanged. For further details PWC have provided the following document.

If you haven't already, register for pool access with CellBadge! If you already completed registration last year, there is no need to re-register. Enjoy seamless pool check-in by giving your account last name / address as normal, and your info will all still be there! Don't forget to turn in leftover paper guest passes to the office to be added to your digital account-- these will not be accepted at this pools this summer 2022.

Recreation Highlights: Teen Job Fair Next Saturday
- Teen Job Fair Event: Saturday, March 12 | Tall Oaks Community Center | 10:00am-12:00pm | Teens should plan to swing by this open house event to introduce themselves to employers and in some cases fill out applications on the spot for both indoor and outdoor seasonal jobs! Some positions have been added this week-- check out our Events & Activities page for full listing. Ages 15-18 welcome with some pre-requisites.
- Eggstravaganza Event: Saturday, April 16 | Association Office Grounds | 11:00am-1:00pm | Come visit with the Easter Bunny and furry friends! 10-minute time slots will be assigned to visit the petting zoo, with egg hunt and pictures with the Bunny to follow. To reserve a slot, submit the Registration Form via email or dropped off with payment. Find details on the Events & Activities page!
- Preschool Registration: A huge portion of the community can attest to the ways that Lake Ridge Creative Preschool has empowered either their own or their neighbor's children with that important balance of play, socialization and learning to enter "big kid school" with confidence. Secure your spot now for 2022-2023 in the age appropriate Explorers (3yr), 3 Day (4yr), or 5 Day (4yr) class as we are open to the public and classes are filling!
- Summer Camp Registration: Register for your friendly neighborhood summer camp! Fun weekly themes are coordinated with outdoor and indoor activities that will keep the kids busy, especially time at Ridgewood Pool 2x a day! Sign up early to receive a discounted price and claim one of the limited spots in your camp weeks of choice as you look forward to summer. County News: Creek Cleanup, 2nd Sunday Hike, High School Play
- County Wetland Cleanup : Register for the Neabsco Creek cleanup tomorrow, March 5, 9:00am-12:00pm. There are two locations that are seeking volunteer help. Thank you for helping keep our community beautiful!
- Second Sunday Hike: On the Second Sunday of every month in 2022, members of the Greater Prince William Trails Coalition (GPWTC) offer a hike to explore places in Prince William, Manassas, and Manassas Park – weather permitting. Register for March 13 date from 1:00pm-3:00pm at Doves Landing Park!
- "Little Shop of Horrors" at Woodbridge HS: The Department of Performing Arts of Woodbridge Senior High School will be performing their adaptation of "Little Shop of Horrors" on April 28-30 at 7:30pm and May 1 at 2:00pm! See flyer for ticket details.
