If You Haven't Paid March 1 Assessment Yet, Add $25 Late Fee

The last assessment payment was DUE March 1. An initial $25 late fee has been charged for payments received after March 15-- if you have not yet paid, please add $25. Be sure to include your account number, property address and a current phone number on your payment. Electronic payments are preferred. To avoid the second $25 late fee, your payment must be received by the Finance Department by 5:00pm on Wednesday, March 30. Please disregard this notice if payment has been made and thank you for your timely payment.

Gander Mountain CVC: The Covid Vaccination Clinic will be closed permanently after today, Friday, March 25. 

Recreation Highlights: Pre-register for Eggstravaganza Time Slot

• Eggstravaganza Event: Saturday, April 16 | Association Office Grounds | 11:00am-1:00pm | Come visit with the Easter Bunny and furry friends! 10-minute time slots will be assigned to visit the petting zoo, with egg hunt and pictures with the Bunny to follow. To reserve a slot, email the Registration Form or drop off with payment, and Recreation will reach out to assign a time slot. Details on the Events & Activities page!
• Spring Yard Sale Event: Saturday, May 7 | Association Office Parking Lot | 8:00am-12:00pm | Registration will open April 1 for our Spring Yard Sale! Sign up as a seller to reserve a parking space and set up your wares. April price is $25, May price (if spots are still available) is $30. Maximum of 2 spaces can be reserved per resident. Fill out a registration form and make payment and we will assign you a space.
• Summer Camp Week Reservation: Register for your friendly neighborhood summer camp! Fun weekly themes are coordinated with outdoor and indoor activities that will keep the kids busy, especially time at Ridgewood Pool 2x a day! Sign up early to receive a discounted price and claim one of the limited spots in your camp weeks of choice with a $50 deposit down. Find pricing and registration details on our Summer Camp page.
