Memorial Day Observed by LRPRA

Office Administration and Facilities Staff will observe Memorial Day on Monday, May 30. Regular business hours will resume on Tuesday, May 31 at 8:00am. Staff would like to wish everyone a safe weekend.

June 1 Assessment Processed in New HOA System "Vantaca"

The next quarterly assessment payment for the Association is due Wednesday, June 1. Payments must be received by 5:00pm, June 15 to avoid the first $25 late fee. Pay online today or review other payment options on our website. If you have already paid, kindly disregard this notice.

Lake Ridge Association will also be converting to Vantaca, our new community managements system on Wednesday, June 1.  Assessments will bill on June 1 and will be processed in Vantaca. Zego (PayLease) and payments made at the office will be processed normally, while direct debit payments will be processed on Friday, June 3. Separate from Finance, please continue to submit requests for services and exterior change requests through the fillable forms available on the Lake Ridge website, www.lakeridgeva.com. 

We have worked diligently to ensure a smooth transition. However, as with any major system conversion, there can be unexpected glitches that occur. We ask that you work with us and afford us your patience as we implement this new system. Please stay tuned for further information and features that will be available to you as we rollout this new system.

Recreation Highlights: Pools Open Tomorrow, Early Discounts End May 31

• Pools Open Tomorrow: All 5 pools and spray ground will open for the season starting tomorrow, weather dependent. Those with valid CellBadge accounts with a photo for each member can check-in and enjoy! Homeowners, be sure you are in good standing with your assessments paid. Renters, be sure you have a current lease on file with the Association confirming you as a resident of the Association. • Early Discounts End May 31: Be sure to pay your Summer Camp balance by May 31 to get the $25 early discount applied to each week, and sign up for Swim Lessons and Fall Sports by May 31 to get the $10 early discount applied to each participant's registration! Prices will increase to their standard price as of June 1.
