Pool Check-In Requirements
CellBadge Check-In: Patrons can only enter the pool if they are fully registered and valid in CellBadge, our digital pool access system. Keep in mind, Premier Lifeguards do not have access to CellBadge registration details and follow the status of your account as updated by the Association Office. Please be courteous if your account status is not valid and refer to the Pool Access page of our website for instructions to complete any remaining steps of the process. The Office is open Monday-Friday, 8:00am-5:00pm to process requests. The approval process can take 1-2 business days with the high volume of residents in the Association, over 7,300 homes.
Those who already completed their household registration last year can check-in to the pool as normal without yearly verification, so long as Renters have an up-to-date Tenant Registration on file with the Association (including current lease) and Homeowners are in good standing with Assessment Fees paid by their due date.
