June 1 assessment payments may be delayed in posting to homeowners’ accounts. This is temporary as we convert to our new HOA system. If you have submitted your payment through Pacific Western Bank, Zego (PayLease), mailed your payment to our Atlanta lockbox, or made your payment at our office, please be assured your payment is being processed as it is received and will be posted to your account. You do not need to take any further action. Payment information and account balances will not show in Zego until this issue is resolved.
This one-time delay will not impact your use of Association facilities. We appreciate your patience during this conversion process.
