Avoid $25 Late Fee for June 1 Assessment
The June assessment payment was due June 1st. Please include your account number, property address and a current phone number on all payments. Electronic payments are preferred. Your payment must be received by the Association by 5:00pm Wednesday, June 15th to avoid a late fee.

Recreation Highlights: CellBadge Pool Check-In
- Pool Hours Change June 16: All 5 pools and spray ground are open, and will open EARLIER shifting from school hours to regular hours starting June 16. Those with valid CellBadge accounts with a photo for each member can enjoy seamless check-in. Homeowners, be sure you are in good standing with your assessments paid (most recent payment was due June 1). Renters, be sure you have a current lease on file with the Association for Tenant Registration validating your residency and access to the pools. - Water Aerobics: This seasonal class meets at Oakwood Pool every summer for a fun, low-impact cardio workout to music! Class takes place at 11:00am, Monday - Thursday with the season running from June 27 - August 18. Season Passes ($120 / Senior: $70) or 4-Visit Punch Passes ($20) must be pre-purchased from the Office-- no drop-ins. Drop off a registration form in the office to get a season pass or your ideal number of 4-punch passes for the summer!
- Fall Sports & Swim Lessons: Soccer, T-Ball & Coach Pitch registration will close at the end of June for the fall season, which runs August 13 - October 8. Swim Lessons are filling up, with June, July and August sessions available in a variety of times and levels. See the Youth Leagues page of our website for more info, and pay $90 per participant for these activities with registration form submitted via email or in office.

Waste and Recycling Workers Week: Prince William County residents, businesses and organizations are encouraged to celebrate National Waste and Recycling Workers Week, June 12-18. Formerly National Garbage Man Day, the recognition was rebranded in 2020 as National Waste and Recycling Workers Week to better represent the whole solid waste industry. There are many ways that residents and businesses can show support and appreciation during the week, and beyond, for the people doing these important, but dangerous jobs. Media Release
