Neighborhood Roadwork by Subdivision Starting Monday
It's that time of year for some neighborhood roadwork, to include paving, sealing and striping, and asphalt repair. Residents should keep an eye out for signs posted in their neighborhood 48-72 hours prior to roadwork. See general timeline for subdivisions attached here. Note that changes to this schedule may occur, but these will always be posted to the Association website and to News Flashes in the future.
Tall Oaks Pool Repair
Due to mechanical issues at Tall Oaks Pool the pool is closed until further notice. LRPRA appreciates your understanding and patience during this time. LRPRA's four other pools are open: for location and hours please visit the Pools page on the website.
Townhome Rollaway Trash Carts Are Coming!
By early to mid September 2022, all LRPRA townhomes will receive new rollaway trash carts provided by Disposal Services LLC. More info here.

- Swim Lessons Closing Soon: Sign up for August 1-11 swim lessons while you can-- they close July 28! View levels with availability on the Swim Lessons page and fill out the registration form with $90 payment per participant to enroll.
- 50th Anniversary Event: Join the community in celebrating 50 years as Lake Ridge Association neighbors! Come out August 6 to the Tall Oaks grounds and enjoy free BBQ, fun summer desserts, live music, lawn games, face painting, balloon animals, giveaways and more
