September 1 Assessment Payment

The next quarterly assessment payment is due September 1.  We urge you to plan ahead to ensure your assessment payment is received on time. We offer the following suggestions for paying your assessment:

• Pay your assessment early.  Your payment will be processed and credited to your account.  Advance payments are always welcome.  Checks dated for a future date are not accepted and will be returned.
  
   
• Pay electronically through PayLease or your bank.  PayLease can be accessed at our web site:  E-checks/electronic debit payments are free. Debit or credit card payments include a surcharge by PayLease.
  
  You can also make a debit/credit card payment in the office 12350 Oakwood Drive, or by telephone 703-491-2154. A Customer Service Rep. will take your payment information and process the payment to include the surcharge.
     

• Drop off your check or money order(no cash) in our drop box which is located to the right of our office door, or the office is open 8am-5pm, M-F.
