Grab a Seat for the Veteran's Day Winery Tour

What better way to kick off the holiday weekend than a tour of some of Virginia's fabulous wineries! Claim a spot on the bus for yourself and your guests and enjoy a leisurely day hanging out with friends and family and getting to know neighbors in the community. Space is limited, so sign up today! Tastings, transportation, gratuities and souvenir wine glass are included in the price. Our first stop will be Vint Hill Craft Winery in Warrenton, a former secret spy base for the U.S. army-- a perfect way to honor Veteran's Day. Patrons can take a look around at their collection of WWII memorabilia with a glass of wine and a lunch purchase from next door's Covert Cafe.
Next we will hop over to Gray Ghost Vineyards in Amissville, a winery with award-winning wines and a sophisticated atmosphere. Patrons can experience a tasting of all available wines and a tour of the property, and receive a souvenir wine glass to take home!

Canterbury Woods Pool goes to the dogs on Saturday, September 10! Pups of all shapes and sizes (no aggressive dogs please) can enjoy getting their paws wet for a 1 hour session from 9am-10, 10-11, or 11-12pm. Register the day of the event with your dog license number and pay with check or card (no cash).

Come learn about the club’s new programs and activities for the upcoming year, meet like-minded gardeners, enjoy refreshments, and play our Plants in Popular Culture Game – and maybe win a prize! All are welcome to attend.

Take this opportunity to clean up your garage, storage room, or attic-- plus make a little money-- at our annual September Yard Sale! This will take place in the Association Office parking lot. Vendors can register for up to 2 spots in the parking lot and begin set up at 7am.
