Labor Day Observed by LRPRA/Administration Office hours update
LRPRA Staff will observe the holiday on Monday, September 5th. Business hours will resume at 8:30am, Tuesday, September 6th. The LRPRA staff would like to wish everyone a safe weekend. *Please note the time change for the Administration building, the office will open to the public starting Tuesday, September 6th at 8:30am. Regular business hours are Monday-Friday, 8:30am-5pm starting Tuesday, September 6.
September 1 Assessment now Due
September assessment payments are due. Please review the web page for payment information. For homeowners signed up for our Direct Debit program, payments will be drafted on the 4th and post to the homeowners’ account. It may take 1-5 business days depending on their bank for the transaction to appear on their bank account.

Pre-Load Pool Guest Passes Before Holiday Weekend
With Labor Day weekend approaching, residents are encouraged to ensure that the right amount of guest passes are loaded onto their CellBadge accounts for weekend plans. Passes are not available for purchase the pool, so be sure to prepare! Keep in mind that each family can bring up to 6 guests in a day, and must be fully approved in CellBadge to check in.
Recreation Highlights:
Doggie Paddle: Sign up for September events starting Monday, August 1! Shop at the Yard Sale on September 17 and sign up for a Doggie Paddle session by submitting your Prince William County Dog License number. Fill out the Special Event Registration Form for either event, specifying the Activity from the drop-down, and making payment to (703) 491-2154.
Veteran's Day Winery Bus Tour: Grab a spot for yourself and a friend or neighbor on our Virginia winery tour Friday, November 11! Kick off the holiday weekend right with some tastings in beautiful Virginia wine country. Space on the bus is limited, so register now!
