

Recreation Highlights: Shop at the Community Yard Sale Tomorrow
Fall Community Yard Sale: With seller spaces full, shoppers can expect plenty of unique finds and good deals at our twice yearly Community Yard Sale! This will take place in the Association Office Parking Lot on Saturday, September 18 from 8am-12pm. Be sure to bring cash, and a tote bag for small items!
Parking: A few handicapped spaces will be designated at the end of the parking lot; other parking will allowed be along Oakwood Drive excluding the turn lane onto Old Bridge Road and marked No Parking areas. Please follow street signs accordingly and drive slowly for a safe environment for pedestrian crossing and loading.
Veteran's Day Winery Bus Tour: Grab a spot for yourself and a friend or neighbor on our Virginia winery tour Friday, November 11! Kick off the long holiday weekend right with some tastings in beautiful Virginia wine country. Space on the bus is limited, so register now!

September Assessment
Thank you to all homeowners who paid their September quarterly assessment. If you forgot to pay your quarterly assessment by 5:00pm on September 15 or had an unpaid balance of $100 or greater, your account was charged a late payment fee of $50. You will receive a late payment notice, buy you should immediately submit your quarterly assessment payment along with the $50 late payment fee.

Update Your Email for Board Election Ballot
Get ready for the 2023 Board of Directors Election! We want to make sure you're prepared to cast your electronic ballot when polls open. If you do not have an email address on file, or you're not sure, please fill out our Email Address Update form.
Ballots will be distributed via EMAIL ONLY starting in January. Note that the email you receive the News Flash from may not be in our database if you have changed emails since purchasing your home. Thank you for your attention to this matter.
County News: Upper Occoquan River Clean-up
Volunteers Needed! On Saturday, September 24, 2022, from 9:00am until 2:00pm (Rain Date: October 1), Prince William Trails and Streams Coalition, is conducting the annual clean-up of the upper Occoquan River, from nine different sites along 25+ miles of the Occoquan River.
