December Assessment Payments in Homeowner Portal

What to Do With Your Leaves: Yard Waste Wednesdays
Residents removing leaves from their yard are required to use compostable paper bags or a personal container labeled "Yard Waste". Wednesday is yard waste pick-up day through December. If plastic bags are used, the yard waste will NOT be picked up.
Please remember that there is an 8 bag limit on leaves on yard waste pick-up day. Thank you for your cooperation in this matter.
Dog Care Reminders: Leash & Clean Up, Enjoy Local Dog Park
Leash & Clean Up: Be responsible-- please keep your dogs leashed when outside of fenced-in areas. Be considerate-- please pick up after your dogs and properly dispose of waste. Common Area Guidelines
If you notice an ATV and off-road dirt bike in the Common Areas (Including the power lines).
Report this type of illegal activity to LRPRA 703.491.2154 and the Prince William County Police Department 703.792.6500.
Motor vehicles, watercrafts, and trailers of any kind are not permitted to be driven or parked on Common Area with the exception of Association-owned streets and parking lots as permitted by the Guidelines. Vehicles, watercrafts, and trailers parked on Common Area may be towed at the owner’s expense and risk.
