Friendly Trash Reminders

Trash bags should be placed in a trash container with a lid. As stated in the Governing Document, Guidleines For Common Area, page 7. Read more here. Critters of all kind love to snoop through trash and in doing so make a mess for everyone.
After the holidays are over and you wish to discard your tree, Charlie and Son will pick-up trees left on the curb. If your tree is over six feet tall we ask that you cut it in half before placing it out for pick-up. Please do not place your tree in common area. Thank you for your attention to these matters, it is appreciated.
For your safety please lock your vehicle doors
We have had several reports from homeowners regarding their cars being "shopped". In most cases the vehicles were left unlocked and people were able to rummage through the vehicle at their leisure and take what they want. If you see something, please call the non-emergency police line at 703-792-6500 and let them know. Reports are anonymous but may help stop these from occurring.
