Come learn how to utilize the new website
The Town Hall meeting will be held December 30th from 7:00 - 8:30pm at Tall Oaks Community Center to view the new website. Come out and share your thoughts and familiarize yourself with all that the newly updated website has to offer.

While you're shopping, grab some donations too
Toys for Tots: The Marine Corps Toys for Tots program collects new, unwrapped toys to give to children in need. Bring your donations to the Association office from November 25th to December 16th. We always receive at least a few full boxes worth of toys each year and are proud of this community's generous spirit!
Warm Donations: Drop off new scarves, gloves and hats to the Association office through December 30th to keep those less fortunate warm this winter. Items will be donated to the local ACTS Homeless Shelter.
Apply now for Director of Administration & HR
The Director of Administration & HR's day-to-day will consist of coordinating front counter staff and employee reviews, monitoring the Association website, organizing the annual meeting and board election and taking and preparing board and committee minutes. See Job Posting for description, qualification requirements and contact information.

How to dispose of your Christmas tree
After the holidays are over and you wish to discard your tree, Charlie and Son will pick-up trees left on the curb. If your tree is over 6 feet tall we ask that you cut it in half before placing it out for pick-up. Please do not place your tree in common area. Thank you for your attention to these matters, it is appreciated.
For your safety, please lock your vehicle doors
We have had several reports from homeowners regarding their cars being "shopped". In most cases the vehicles were left unlocked and people were able to rummage through the vehicle at their leisure and take what they want. If you see something, please call the non-emergency police line at 703-792-6500 and let them know. Reports are anonymous but may help stop these from occurring.
The office will be closed for the holidays
The Association office will be closed Tuesday, December 24th, Wednesday, December 25th and Wednesday, January 1st for the holidays.
