In-Office Receipts No Longer Offered
Checks received in the Office are date-stamped and signed—receipts are no longer written. Residents may take a picture of their stamped check in place of a receipt. To obtain more detailed proof of payment, pay online through the Owner Portal. Here, you gain easy access to your assessment payment records as well as other helpful property information. Occoquan Greenway Trail Update
Progress Continues on the bridge construction project for the Occoquan Greenway Trail. The NEW 110-foot bridge will cross the Hedges Run stream at the site shown in the attachment. The bridge abutments have been built, and the bridge sections are due to arrive in three to four weeks. The PW County Parks Department will have the trail(a natural surface path) realigned to meet the new bridge. The new bridge will look like the bridge pictured in the attachment which was recently installed in Cloverdale Park, Dale City. When the project is complete the temporary access road will be removed and the grass will be restored.

County News: Paper Shred
May 2023: The Prince William County Solid Waste Division will hold a free document shred event for Prince William area residents on Saturday, May 20, from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. (or until trucks reach capacity). The shred event will be held at Pfitzner Stadium, 7 County Complex Court, Woodbridge, the former home of the Potomac Nationals baseball team. This event is for residents of PWC. For a list of acceptable documents please visit PWC website.
