Nominate your neighbor for best holiday decor
Pull out the lights, garland and decorate the outside of your house and yard in a festive, creative manner to compete. Nominate your neighbors, friends or your own home by December 18th at 9:00 AM. Voting will start at 12 noon on December 18th. Submit address and photo to recreation@lakeridgeva.com. LRPRA Recreation will post the pictures on Facebook and award the most "liked" photos! Let the competition begin!
Come get a website tutorial
The Town Hall meeting will be held December 30th from 7:00 PM to 8:30 PM at Tall Oaks Community Center to view the new website. Come out and share your thoughts and familiarize yourself with all that the newly updated website has to offer.
While you're shopping, grab some donations too
Toys for Tots: The Marine Corps Toys for Tots program collects new, unwrapped toys to give to children in need. Bring your donations to the Association office from November 25th to December 16th. We always receive at least a few full boxes worth of toys each year and are proud of this community's generous spirit!
Warm Donations: Drop off new scarves, gloves and hats to the Association office through December 30th to keep those less fortunate warm this winter. Items will be donated to the local ACTS Homeless Shelter.
Apply for Director of Administration & HR
The Director of HR and Administration will be supervised by the Chief Operating Officer/General Manager. The primary duties of this position are the operation of the Human Resources and Administration Department as established by the policies and procedures of the Association and Personnel Manual. This will consist of coordinating front counter staff and employee reviews, monitoring the Association website, organizing the annual meeting and board election and taking and preparing board and committee minutes.

What do do with your Christmas tree
After the holidays are over and you wish to discard your tree, Charlie and Son will pick-up trees left on the curb. If your tree is over 6 feet tall we ask that you cut it in half before placing it out for pick-up. Please do not place your tree in common area. Thank you for your attention to these matters, it is appreciated.
The office will be closed for the holidays
The Association office will be closed Tuesday, December 24th, Wednesday, December 25th and Wednesday, January 1st for the holidays.
