The June assessment payment was due June 1st. Please include your account number, property address and a current phone number on all payments. Electronic payments are preferred. Your payment must be received by the Association by 5:00pm Monday, June 15th to avoid a late fee.
Credit Card Payments: LRPRA no longer accepts credit card payments over the phone or in the Administration Office as a form of payment for your quarterly assessment payment. One-time or recurring credit card payments can be made securely through your Homeowner Portal by selecting Make A Payment from your portal Dashboard and clicking on Credit Card. Credit card payments also can be made at the LRPRA website by clicking on the Pay Online button. All credit card payments include an additional processing fee. Recurring Electronic Payments: We strongly encourage homeowners to set up recurring electronic payments. One-time or recurring Auto-Draft (ACH) payments can be made in your Homeowner Portal for free.
In Office Receipts no longer offered: Checks received in the Office are date-stamped and signed—receipts are no longer written. Residents may take a picture of their stamped check in place of a receipt. To obtain more detailed proof of payment, pay online through the Owner Portal. Here, you gain easy access to your assessment payment records as well as other helpful property information.
Apply to volunteer on the Architectural Committee! Applications may be found on the website and the Owner portal (Documents – Forms – ARC – Architectural Committee Volunteer Form). Completed applications and supporting documents may be submitted electronically or via the drop
box in the Association office parking lot. If interested, please apply by 5pm Tuesday, June 13, 2023. Contact the Covenants Department by email for more details.
