Interested in serving your Lake Ridge Community?
Apply to volunteer on the Architectural Committee! Applications may be found on the website and the Owner portal (Documents – Forms – ARC – Architectural Committee Volunteer Form). Completed applications and supporting documents may be submitted electronically or via the drop
box in the Association office parking lot. If interested, please apply by 5pm Tuesday, June 13, 2023. Contact the Covenants Department by email for more details.

Precision Safe Sidewalks
Please be on the outlook next week, June 13-16, in the following subdivisions:
- Ridgeleigh 2
- Ridgeleigh 8
- Brookemeade
- Salemtown
- The Shires
- Pinewood Forest
This process includes the removal of trip hazards from the common area sidewalks. (Weather Permitting) Please feel free to contact Precision Safe Sidewalks if you have any questions.

Avoid $50 Late Fee for June 1 Assessment
The June assessment payment was due June 1st. Please include your account number, property address and a current phone number on all payments. Electronic payments are preferred. Your payment must be received by the Association by 5:00pm Thursday, June 15, 2023 to avoid a late fee.
If you have already paid, please disregard this notice and thank you for your payment.

County News: Waste and Recycling Week, Flag Day
Celebrate Waste and Recycling Waste Workers: PWC Residents, and businesses are encouraged to celebrate National Waste and Recycling Workers Week, June 11-17, and recognize the men and women that work daily to keep our communities and streets clean and safe. Flag Day June 14: Retire your flag if it has torn, tattered or frayed. After inspection of your flag you can drop the flag off at one of the county's American Flag Collection Centers at the PWC Landfill, or Balls Ford Road Compost Facility. PWC Facilities are open M-F 6am to 6pm. Saturday from 8am to 5pm. Landfills are closed Sunday. For further information see the media release.
