June 1 Assessment Payments
If you are one of the homeowners that still has not paid your JUNE assessment payment, you are at risk of losing your quarterly payment option. Your June payment must be received by August 31 to avoid your entire ANNUAL assessment being declared due on September 1, 2023. Please contact the Association office at 703-491-2154 IF you are uncertain whether you have paid your June assessment.

Assessment Reminder/News
September 1 Assessment Payment Due: If you have not paid your quarterly assessment, please do so in a timely manner to avoid the late fee. Your attention to this matter is greatly appreciated. If you have paid your assessment, please disregard this reminder.
Assessment News: August 1, 2023, quarterly billing statements were sent by mail or email based on your billing preference on your owner portal. Homeowners will no longer receive annual coupon booklets. Please check your spam folder if you have signed up for e-statements and did not receive your statement Tuesday, August 1st.
Please visit the owner portal at portal.lakeridgeva.com to verify your current contact information and email address. Please use the updated account number, listed on your quarterly statement and in your owner portal, when submitting payments.
