Assessment Reminder
September Payment: If you have not paid your quarterly assessment, please do so by September 15th. Payment must be received by 5pm, September 15th to avoid the late fee. Your attention to this matter is greatly appreciated. If you have paid your assessment, please disregard this reminder.
Assessment News: August 1, 2023, quarterly billing statements were sent by mail or email based on your billing preference on your owner portal. Homeowners will no longer receive annual coupon booklets. Please check your spam folder if you have signed up for e-statements and did not receive your statement Tuesday, August 1st.
Please visit the owner portal at portal.lakeridgeva.com to verify your current contact information and email address. Please use the updated account number, listed on your quarterly statement and in your owner portal, when submitting payments.

County News: 14th Annual Upper Occoquan River Clean-up
Volunteers Needed! On Saturday, September 23, 2023, from 9am until 12pm(rain date September 30), Prince William Trails and Streams Coalition, is conducting the annual clean-up of the upper Occoquan River. As in past years, there will be several water access points where volunteers can get out on the river in canoes, kayaks, and jon boats to gather trash from the shoreline. One of the sites is the LRPRA Boat Ramp on the Hooes Run section of the reservoir. For more information and to register please follow the link.
