Join Our New Zumbini Class for Parents & Babies

Designed to let you and your little one 0-4 years old wiggle, sing and learn together, the Zumbini program is where the science of child development meets the magic of Zumba! Join the class with our local instructor, Ms. Patricia, on Tuesdays at 10:00am at the Canterbury Woods Community Center (12184 Chaucer Lane) beginning September 26! Community Contest: Fall Décor + Pumpkin Carvings

Show us your best autumn harvest or "spooky season" display, either of your home or of your creatively carved pumpkins! All nominations will be posted on our social media to be voted on and the most "liked" photos get to be shown off in the Lake Ridge Today magazine and receive a prize! Trunk or Treat Festival on Oct. 28

The weather is cooling and autumn is approaching! With that comes anticipation of all the fun fall activities. Recreation will join with the Lake Ridge Moms Club this year to put on an event for the family at the Association Office Parking Lot like years past! Dress up for the Trunk or Treat, with a costume contest, mini carnival games, raffle from a few local vendors and more! Registration for limited vendor spots will open on October 2. For recess on a rainy week, we played musical painting! The children had a blast building on each other's creativity and vibrant color.
