Show Your Small Business to the Community at the Trunk or Treat Festival
The weather is cooling and autumn is approaching! With that comes anticipation of all the fun fall activities. Recreation will join with the Lake Ridge Moms Club this year to put on an event for the family at the Association Office Parking Lot like years past! Dress up for the Trunk or Treat Festival, with a costume contest, mini carnival games, raffle from a few local vendors and more! Event will be held on October 28 from 3:00-5:00pm. Photo Contest: Fall Décor + Pumpkin Carvings, Voting This Weekend
Entries due Thursday, October 19 of your best autumn harvest or "spooky season" display of your home or of your creatively carved pumpkins! All nominations will be posted on our social media to be voted on October 20-23, and the most "liked" photos get to be shown off in the Lake Ridge Today magazine and receive a gift card prize! Garden Club Taking Plant Sale Orders
It's that time of year for the annual plant sale with the Garden Club of Lake Ridge! Gorgeous quality poinsettias and Christmas cactus plants make a perfect gift or holiday decoration. Place your order by November 6 for pickup on December 4 at Tall Oaks Community Center. Purchases help fund the club's community projects beautifying Lake Ridge and the Children's Garden!
