Office Closed Tomorrow for Veterans Day

- The Association Office will be closed for the full day tomorrow, November 10 for the Veterans Day federal holiday. We will reopen for business on Monday, November 13 at 8:30am.
- The Association Office will close early at 12:00pm next Friday, November 17 for a staff event. We will reopen for business on Monday, November 20 at 8:30am.
Trash Collection Landfill Tipping Fee Q&A
For those with questions about the new tipping fee for trash, we have reached out to the Prince William County Solid Waste Division to provide some clarity and detail behind the change. If you have opted into the mailing option rather than paperless for your assessment statements, you should expect them to arrive later this week. Please review the information carefully for updates to our lockbox. We appreciate the cooperation of the community as we make these updates for more efficient financial processes.
